PROPERTY FUND
Pathway property fund is a premier managed fund dedicated to building a property portfolio across multiple sectors. The primary goal of the property fund is to build a portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial properties to generate income and provide members an opportunity to own residential and commercial properties on long-term payment plans without any interest (Riba).
The property fund will earn through rental income from residential and commercial properties and diversified investments into Sharia-based real estate investment trusts (REITs). A significant portion of the property fund will be directed to the New Zealand residential and commercial property market, with the remainder directed to (REITs), which are real estate exchange traded funds (ETFs) that generate income from sharia-compliant real estate stocks traded on global platforms.
The property fund will work with property developers, realtors, and private sellers to gain access to residential and commercial real estate in New Zealand.

The Pathway property fund is designed to assist individuals to purchase residential and commercial property through a sharia-based property ownership program structured on the basic principle of repayment of property value plus profit over time. The sharia-based program offers a flexible payment plan based on time and payment frequency; individuals can opt to repay the value of the property plus profit in 10, 20 or 30 years on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payment plan based on household income.
Participation in the program is restricted to members of the Pathway Property Fund with a minimum account balance of $50,000 on a first-come first-serve basis. Applications will go through a qualification process to ensure every individual has necessary means to fulfil their payment obligations. The property ownership program is restricted to one property per household to benefit the wider community.
Members can apply for a pre-qualification to check if all requirements are met before selecting any property.
